On February 14th,2009, I wrote this to my girl...13 days after that, she left me :p

like the sunset does to a couple on a hill
like the star does to a kid on a field
like the cricket does to a silent dawn
you do that to me when i am alone

like the bird does to a prisoner on his cell
like love does to the heart hidden in veil
like rains do to the harvesting plain

like a song does to the numb ear
like the guardian does to his subjects fear
